Sandi was absolutely wonderful! 5 start service all the way! The market analysis was detailed & comprehensive yet well explained. The brochure and video was done very well and readily available on Face Book. Sandi was "spot on" with her recommendations to get the house ready for viewing. If I were to sum up my experience with Sandi, it would be as follows: Trustworthy, very responsive, personable, crosses the t's and dots the i's, a true professional all the way! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in their service area!! :)

My husband and I truley believe that the property sold within 48 hours due to the advise they provided us in local home sales as compared to our property. The videoographer was also awesome in taking the virtual tour to advertise the property.

The buyer had applied for an FHA loan, which comes with its own set of requirements and Michelle was able to guide us through all their required inspections and documents needed with no inconvience to us.

As were were also looking for a short term rental unit after the closing on our property, Michelle went out of her way to help us find a rental that meet our needs and time frame in which we needed.
