Michelle helped us purchase a house in and sell the same house this past month. In both cases, Michelle was extremely helpful. The first purchase was our first home, and Michelle was very knowledgeable about home features, building condition, mechanical equipment, repairs, and the property  location. She went over the purchase process with us beforehand, helped us through the process, and gave us several options for financing and lawyers when needed. The selling process was even easier than when we initially bought the house, and we were able to quickly sell our house within our desired price range. Michelle is easily reached by phone or email, and all papers are electronically signed using Dot Loop so we didn't have to worry about scanning, signing, and faxing every piece of paper.
