I would absolutely, positively recommend Michelle Granger for your realtor needs. We had been looking to upgrade from our small 3 bedroom cape in Grafton for over two years. Michelle was patient with us as we looked at lots and lots of homes until we found what we were looking for. She also  listed our home for sale and when we were unable to find a buyer she assisted us in finding an excellent renter for a long term lease. One of the most impressive things that Michelle did professionally is to prepare relevant and timely comps for the houses we were looking at and our house that we were selling. It was reassuring to know that she was going to assist us in buying and selling at a fair price. On a personal level, Michelle is understanding, easy to talk to and genuinely wants to help her clients meet their real estate goals.

In short, Sandi did an amazing job selling our small ranch home in Shrewsbury (on market for 2 weeks!) for a very reasonable price and market appropriate from what we could tell. Additionally, she went above our expectations, as she met with multiple contractors for work we needed done (we had  already moved away) to the house prior to closing. She knew the area, and who could do the work at a reasonable price. The work was completed promptly and to everyone's satisfaction. I'm not sure when she sleeps, but she was always quick to return emails/texts. If we move back to the area, I already know who we'll go to for our real estate agent, and would highly recommend her services for getting a home on the market, looking great, and sold for a great price.
